NEW YORK – Today, Congressman Jamaal Bowman, Ed.D (NY-16) issued the following statement in recognition of Rosh Hashanah.  

“Shanah Tovah to neighbors across NY-16 who are recognizing and celebrating Rosh Hashanah,” said Congressman Jamaal Bowman, Ed.D (NY-16).  “I hope this new year brings you nothing short of peace, fulfillment, happiness, prosperity, and most importantly, health. I am incredibly grateful to have a dynamic Jewish community in our district that contributes significantly to the culture and history as we know it, both in Westchester County and The Bronx. I am honored to join this very community as we walk into a new year hoping, believing and fighting for a better world. At this moment in time, the values Together we can move mountains and make the entire world a more inclusive, equitable place.”
